Delete Your Account.

Delete your account from the app.

You can delete your OWLX account at any time from within the app:

Open OWLX → Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out. Your profile stops appearing to other users right away.

Request deletion by email.

If you can no longer access the app, send an email to hello@owlx.club from the email address registered to your OWLX account, with the subject line “Delete my account”.

We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days of receiving it. There is no charge for this.

What data is deleted.

When your account is deleted, the personal data in your profile is removed from active use, including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, profile photo, city, social links, and your access to any venues you were connected to.

What data may be kept.

Records related to completed bookings and transactions, and any data we are required to keep to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations, may be retained for up to the period required by applicable law, in a restricted or de-identified form.

Messages you previously sent in a shared conversation may remain visible to the other participants as part of their own chat history.
