OWLX has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
By creating an account and using OWLX, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not register or use the app.
OWLX helps nightlife communities coordinate nights out and connect with trusted people and spaces. You agree to use OWLX lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended purpose. You are responsible for all content you post and for your conduct toward other users.
The following are strictly not tolerated on OWLX:
— Objectionable, offensive, or obscene content.
— Abusive, harassing, threatening, or bullying behavior toward any user.
— Hateful content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
— Sexually explicit material or unwanted sexual advances.
— Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity.
— Impersonation, spam, or attempts to defraud other users.
There is no acceptable amount of objectionable content or abusive behavior on OWLX.
Every user can report objectionable content or abusive users directly in the app, and can block abusive users so they can no longer interact with them.
We review every report. When we find a violation, we remove the offending content and eject the offending user within 24 hours of the report. Blocking and reporting tools are available throughout the app wherever user content appears.
Accounts that violate these Terms — including posting objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior — may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice. We may remove content and revoke access at our sole discretion to keep the community safe.
OWLX (operated by CIPH Co., LTD) provides a software tool only. Partnerships formed through OWLX — between any two users, or between a user and a Space — are formed directly between those parties, not with OWLX.
No user is an employee, insider, or representative of OWLX. Forming a partnership with another user through OWLX creates no employment relationship with OWLX, unless separately agreed between the parties involved.
The terms of any partnership are set and carried out directly between the users involved. OWLX does not guarantee, control, or take responsibility for any arrangement or commitment made between users. Each user is solely responsible for their own obligations arising from any arrangement they enter into with another user.
Any dispute arising from a partnership is resolved directly between the users involved. OWLX does not take sides, does not mediate, and does not share user data with either party in connection with any such dispute.
